Montana, 20th - 29th July 2023

We left Holter Dam and headed down to the Bitterroot River to see our friends Ben and Kay. We were able to take much needed showers and plug in our airconditioning whilst enjoying great company.

We took a stroll through his property down to the Bitterroot River in the cool of the evening to check out the wildlife and another day visited the Lee Metcalf National Wildlife Refuge for a blissful stroll in the woods.

Georgetown Lake Sunset.

We had time for a quick stop at Georgetown Lake, to catch up with Mick and Deb, before it was time to head Eastwards again for our next social engagement.

Ben joined us one evening for a spot of fishing too.
